During my stay at Baobabed Hostel Bagan@ Bagan May, I had the most wonderful experience exploring Bagan as a backpacker. The hostel had a chilled backpackers vibe, a nice rooftop bar, and a decent breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to many nearby pagodas. I could easily rent an e-bike right across the road, making it convenient to explore the area. The friendly service provided included free sunrise and sunset tours, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the opportunity to use free Thanaka at the reception. I highly recommend this hostel for backpackers looking to explore Bagan.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city's temples and landmarks since it is very close to all of them. Additionally, it is convenient to rent e-bikes from a smaller shop just in front of the hotel and the hotel is situated right on the tourist strip. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel's cleanliness is impressive.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Baobabed Hostel. The dorms were clean and comfortable, with privacy curtains and lockers. The bathrooms were always clean and there was never a wait. The self laundry area was handy and the chill room with beanbags was awesome. The bar served delicious food at a good price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the rooftop bar and pool, perfect for cooling down after a day at the temples. The free breakfast was great, and the location was convenient. Definitely the best hostel I've stayed in.

We had an exceptional stay at Baobabed Hostel Bagan@ Bagan May. The hostel was clean and organized, and the bedrooms were the perfect size. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the sunrise and sunset group activities, which were super cool. we highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Bagan.

Great hotel-hostel. Amazing staff and clean facilities. Perfect private room and bathroom. Convenient location between Old Bagan and Nyaung-U. Nice restaurants nearby. Scooter rental across the road. No battery issues. Organized sunrise/sunset tours.

The location was perfect, close to many attractions. the free bikes and swimming pool were a great addition. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the mattresses were comfortable. the separate room for early arrivals was a plus.

I couldn't find anything not to like about this hostel. the experience was great from start to finish.

It is either walking distance or a quick drive on an e-bike. the rooms are well-appointed and come with everything needed for comfort. the breakfast has a good variety of options and is delicious. the rooftop common area is a great place to hang out with friends. There are also useful leisure facilities like a pool and a terrace where yoga classes are held.

The security in some areas of the hotel needs improvement.
